Or set it from a room size: open a plan, choose Measure, click both ends of a printed dimension and enter it.

How it lines up

On each plan you mark the left party wall, the right party wall and the outside face of the front wall.
Every plan is then scaled equally in both directions so its party walls match, and set on the front wall.
A plan showing one party wall only takes the drawing scale of another plan you choose.
Lease plans are sales drawings, not a measured survey. A shared line suggests a structural wall but does not prove one.
